Dropout Bakery & Company

I fell in LOVE with Dropout Bakery after seeing their pastries on social media. I told my husband that we had to add a stop into the bakery on our next visit to Mobile.

From the very first visit, I have been hooked. Every week when they post their new menu I have to decide if this is the week to make a Mobile trip for pastries.

Yes, They are seriously worth the drive to Mobile if you do not live in town.

They are adding on Dropout Drip Co. coffe shop currently! Now we will be able to get caffeinated and a sugar treat together.

IF THERE IS Something you have to have from the menu we highly suggest going EARLY!!! It is not uncommon for there to be a line out the door especially on weekends.

Trust me, it is worth the wait if there is a line!

If you are wondering about the name, it came from Lacey dropping out of the Fashion Institute of Design in Los Angeles and following her passion for baking.

Dropout Bakery changes their menu weekly but they do have some signature items that they normally have each week.

The menu is filled with croissants, maracons, cookies, droptarts, and their specialty items. Be prepared you are going to want to pick up more than you think you will.

Gluten-Free - The Macarons are made with almond flour. I would confirm with the bakery if anything else is gluten-free

Vegan - It may be challenging to find vegan options.

Hours - Thursday to Satuday 8 am to sold out, Sunday 10 am to sold out

Closed Monday through Wednesday for prep

Accessibility - There are paved blocks leading to the shop, they do have a small area between them with gravel.
