    The Courtyard by Marriott Fort Walton Beach - West Destin is located on Okaloosa Island with easy beach access. The hotel has three restaurants, an outdoor pool, and parking below the hotel.

     If you are looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Fort Walton Beach, you will love the Courtyard on Okaloosa Island.

    While it isn't the fanciest resort, it has everything you need for a beach getaway. There are restaurants in the hotel (Italian and Pizza), an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and comfortable rooms.

    The Courtyard is located a few minutes from the main road, offering a quiet retreat from the main road and shopping area.

    Accessible Room options - 1 king standard, 1 king partial view, 2 queen partial view

    We stayed in a standard king room on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The room had a partial view of the Gulf.

    The room was nicely sized with more than enough space for a weekend getaway. The bed was firm with soft linens.

    There is a small fridge and a microwave tucked away in a cabinet next to the coffee maker.

    Hotel amenities include an on-site laundry room, outdoor pool, meeting space, beach access, fitness center, market store, and three restaurants.

    A paid laundry facility is available next to the fitness center. The machines take quarters.

    Outdoor Pool

    The outdoor pool can be accessed via a ramp from the lobby. There are lounge chairs around the pool, along with an outdoor shower.

    Next to the pool is Buccetti's Pizza! It is accessed via the pool deck. You can enjoy hot, fresh pizza while relaxing by the pool.

    Restaurant & Bars

    There are three restaurants located on-site at the Courtyard Okaloosa Island.

    The Bistro - Courtyard's on-site restaurant offering breakfast and dinner, along with Starbucks coffee

    Vincenzo's Italian Bistro - Casual Italian restaurant located on the 1st floor of the hotel.

    Bucetti's Pizza Bar - Located on the outdoor pool deck, serving thin-crust pizzas.

    Room service is not offered at the hotel, but the restaurants are close to the room.

    Exercise Room/Gym

    The fitness center includes ellipticals, a treadmill, free weights, and an area for yoga or stretching.

    The fitness center is of average size but offers many amenities for the space.
