Asiagos Skillet
If you love breakfast food you are going to love Asiago Skillet! Get ready for an epic meal that tastes amazing.
We were told to visit from a local during one of our last trips to Fort Walton Beach. They told us Asiago Skillet was their favorite breakfast restaurant and we would be crazy not to go.
We definately couldn't miss it after that review. This local hangout turned out to be fantastic.
The breakfast bowl in a fresh baked bread bowl was so filling. I ended up taking a portion of it back to the hotel. It was filled with potatoes, eggs, and cheese and tasted amazing.
Indoor Seating
There are a couple of rooms with comfortable indoor seating. They have tables set for 2 -6 pretty easily.

There is a small bar in the main part of the restaurant with four tall bar chairs.

Steak Skillet - Homestyle potatoes, sirloin steak, peppers, onions, asiago cheese and two eggs
Country fried steak skillet - Homestyle potatoes, pepper, onions, breaded sirloin, gravy, cheddar cheese, and two eggs.
Brikki Big Breakfast Bowl - Toasted bread bowl filled with homestyle potatoes, chipotle mayo, flat omelet with bacon and sausage topped with cheddar and asiago cheese.
Country bowl - Toasted bread bowl filled with homestyle potatoes, sliced country fried steak and white gravy
King of the biscuits (photo below) - Big daddy of the biscuit world topped with gravy, ham, sausage, bacon, two scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese.
Crab cake benny - Two potato cakes topped with homemade crab cakes, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce.
Asiago's Shrimp & Grits - Southern grits topped with asiago cheese, bay shrimp and two eggs
Banana Foster French Toast - Brioche topped with homemade banana foster sauce topped with pecans.
Asiago Grilled Breakfast Club - Texas toast with bacon, fried egg, covered in asiago cheese, topped with lettuce & tomato. Served with home-style potatoes
